WellsFest, Jackson's first festival, was established in 1984 by Wells United Methodist Church as a gift to the community.
     The goals were simple
     *to help some deserving local service organization
     *to provide a place where people can have fun and enjoy good music in a drug and alcohol-free environment.
     *to show that God's love can bring this community together in support of a worthy cause.
    As the crowds  have grown,
WellsFest has become a "must do" item on the fall social calendar. Join the fun on September's last  Saturday in Jamie Fowler Boyll Park.
