ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES:

Christ In Culture (9 a.m.)

The Christ in Culture class is small discussion group that takes a look at Christian responses to issues in contemporary culture. It meets in the Youth Multipurpose Building behind the church (center exterior door). The class is currently reading Christianity For the Rest of Us by Diana Butler Bass.

Serendipity Class (8:45 a.m.)

This group studies scripture and other books and is facilitated by Jan Flowers Murray. It meets in the family room at the main entrance to the church sanctuary.

James Club (9 a.m.)

The James Club is a non-denominational Christian fellowship of persons in recovery from addiction, as well as their families, friends and other interested people. The group meets in the James Club Annex in the house next door to the church. It provides support and growth opportunities consistent with Christian teachings and 12-step based programs of recovery. Using the Life Recovery Bible, the group's studies relate the Twelve Steps of Recovery to their Biblical foundations. The James Club encourages members to be actively involved in AA or other programs of recovery.

OTHER GATHERINGS

The Collective (First Tuesdays)

This group for young adults (college-aged to 40-ish) meets the first Tuesday of each month for connection and fellowship. This group seeks to journey together through all of life’s ups and downs, supporting one another with the things that we already know and the things that we are figuring out from day to day. For more information contact Rev. Sue and make sure to keep up with our church calendar for the next event.
